Products & Craftsmanship

Every Carat Touch piece is made to order and crafted in hallmarked 925 silver, set with natural gemstones unless otherwise specified in the individual product description.

As we work with natural gemstones, variations in colour, tone, inclusions, texture and appearance are inherent to their natural character. These variations are not considered defects and make each piece unique.

Our jewellery is individually crafted, set and polished by hand. Minor variations between pieces may therefore occur.

Product Images

We make every effort to represent our jewellery, gemstones and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be revised from time to time due to fluctuations in silver, gemstone and production costs. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

As every piece is made to order, production begins after order confirmation. Once production has commenced, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or modified.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Our pieces are specially made for each order. The standard production timeline is approximately 10 business days from order confirmation.

Customised or bespoke pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated separately.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, text, graphics, logos, branding and other content appearing on the Carat Touch website and social platforms are the property of Carat Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
